Tabouret U.
A U-shaped stool that rocks, made to order in our workshop.
A U that never quite stands straight.

The project starts with a simple shape: an upside-down U whose curve replaces the legs. A first cardboard prototype was used to tune the balance, the range of motion and the seat height before moving to solid wood.
Materials & thinking.

Solid wood from managed forests, oiled in the workshop. The seat comes in ten textiles, from natural linen to leather, and can be replaced without tools.
